Senior Living Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our Skilled Nursing team!

Position: Full-Time RN Supervisor

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Weekends: NO WEEKENDS REQUIRED!

Location: 3030 Park Avenue, Bridgeport, CT

We are looking for a strong nursing leader who is passionate about providing exceptional resident care, supporting nursing staff, and maintaining high standards of clinical excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support nursing staff during the 7 AM – 3 PM shift.
• Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure quality resident care.
• Monitor resident conditions and coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and leadership to nursing staff.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

• Active Connecticut RN license.
• Previous supervisory experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of skilled nursing regulations and standards of care.
