Opensity Solutions is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee workplace operations for a prestigious law firm client. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for delivering exceptional, white-glove service while leading a team office services, reception and records.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on, service-driven leader who enjoys building client relationships, developing teams, solving problems, and continuously improving the workplace experience.

Client & Site Leadership

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the client and on-site team.
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Understand client expectations and proactively address needs and concerns.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service and operational efficiency.

Team Management

  • Lead, coach, and develop all on-site employees.
  • Recruit, interview, onboard, train, and manage staff.
  • Create schedules to ensure appropriate coverage and operational efficiency.
  • Foster a professional, collaborative, service-focused team environment.

Operations

  • Oversee daily reception, records and office services.
  • Ensure requests are completed accurately and within established service standards.
  • Maintain professional, organized client-facing spaces.
  • Coordinate mail, packages, couriers, office moves, equipment, and workspace needs.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor staffing, productivity, and service performance.
  • Prepare operational reports and support client reviews.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and safety procedures.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Previous supervisory or management experience in client service, hospitality, workplace services, office services, or a professional services environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to lift/move up to 40 lbs. and handle packages using carts with up to 75 lbs. capacity.

The Compensation range for this role is 60,000 to 64,000 USD per year. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
