Shentel retail sales representative

Shentel is hiring a Retail Customer Service Representative in our Radford, VA Shentel Store. We are looking for a sales-oriented customer service professional to sell Shentel Broadband service through face-to-face and over-the-phone interactions. You will play a pivotal role in keeping your neighbors connected!

• Hourly base pay rate + uncapped commission

Work schedule: M-F, 8a– 5p with occasional overtime

• One year of customer service or call center experience
