You are a creative, forward-looking ServiceNow Solutions Analyst who will play a meaningful role in evolving the CACI All Spark Multi-sourcing Services Integration environment for our Government customer. You will identify, analyze, and develop solutions for complex service integration opportunities across a multi-stakeholder ecosystem, utilizing ServiceNow as a core platform for service management, workflow orchestration, data exchange, and operational visibility. You bring strong technical, analytical, and critical-thinking skills, along with the ability to translate business and service-management requirements into scalable, secure, and supportable ServiceNow integration solutions.

About the Role:

  • Serve as a senior-level ServiceNow Solutions Analyst responsible for designing solutions that enable end-to-end service integration across a multi-sourced service delivery environment
  • Routinely coordinate with the SIAM Lead and service providers to identify integration requirements, resolve service-management process gaps, and align technical solutions to operational outcomes
  • Help leaders understand the connection between service-management requirements, operational metrics, service-provider performance, and ServiceNow solution design from concept through implementation and operational transition
  • Design and facilitate solution-design workshops with stakeholders, technical teams, process owners, and service providers
  • Work with Practice Area leads to ensure process inputs, outputs, data, and workflows integrate effectively across ServiceNow process areas and external platforms
  • Define and document integration architecture, interface specifications, workflow designs, data mappings, and technical requirements for ServiceNow-enabled solutions
  • Lead analysis and synthesis activities to identify root causes of complex service integration issues and recommend sustainable technical and process improvements
  • Guide the design and implementation of ServiceNow integrations using capabilities such as APIs, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, MID Servers, automated workflows, and platform-native integration patterns, as applicable

Success in this role requires being a self-starter with a curious, pioneering spirit inclined toward continuous improvement and experimentation; comfort with ambiguity; a strong ability to execute in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities; strong systems-thinking and analytical skills; and the ability to communicate complex technical and operational topics in a clear, simple, and compelling manner.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a SIAM/MSI environment or similarly complex multi-provider service-management environment
  • Demonstrated experience designing ServiceNow solutions and integrations through one or a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education
  • Experience leading discovery, requirements analysis, and solution-design activities, including problem definition, stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and technical documentation
  • Professional experience working with product teams, platform owners, enterprise architects, service-management process owners, developers, and external service providers within a large organization
  • Experience participating in projects with multi-disciplinary teams comprised of architects, developers, process owners, analysts, service providers, and operational stakeholders
  • Experience creating innovative solutions for customers or employees using ServiceNow capabilities, service-management practices, systems thinking, analytical thinking, process improvement, and data visualization
  • Seven or more years of ServiceNow experience, including experience designing, implementing, or supporting ServiceNow integrations and workflow solutions
  • ITIL 4 Foundation certification or higher
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • Experience working in a SIAM/MSI environment
  • Hands-on experience with one or more ServiceNow implementations involving ITSM, ITOM, Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), Discovery, CMDB, Knowledge, or related modules
  • Experience designing or supporting integrations using one or more of the following: REST or SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, MID Server, web services, data imports, ETL processes, event integrations, or third-party integration tools
  • Experience defining integration requirements, data mappings, interface specifications, error-handling approaches, and operational support processes
  • Experience working in an Agile environment and utilizing Agile best practices
  • Experience supporting CMDB data quality, service modeling, service mapping, and/or alignment to the Common Service Data Model (CSDM), as applicable
  • Experience working in a Federal Government environment and with Government security, compliance, and authorization requirements
  • TS/SCI clearance with Poly must be active.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification in ITSM, ITOM, Discovery, CMDB, or another relevant product area
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Technical Architect (CTA), or equivalent advanced ServiceNow technical certification
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • ITIL 4 Managing Professional certification or higher
