What you’ll do with “Our Training and Your Experience”

• Overall management and leadership of the CTC’s service business and operations activities.
• Responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction by effectively executing all Convergint Technologies commitments on Customer Service Programs (CSPs), time and material, parts sales and other service duties.
• Responsibilities may include service sales and effective implementation of service sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and margin goals, and maximize service delivery to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
• Develops and implements Operations strategies that improve service delivery and provide additional value to customers in a cost effective manner.
• Supervise Service Specialists, Service Coordinators, and/or Inspectors in all aspects of service delivery. (Service Coordinators will be direct reports)
• The financial impact is measured in the growth and delivery of Service products in the CTC 217 & 218 market.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

What You’ll Need

• Leadership Orientation – Actively seeks ways in which to act as a role model - guide, develop and mentor others within the department.
• Advanced financial analytical skills including cost control (e.g. gross margin calculations).
• Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Project, Excel, Word and Power Point skills.
• Developing project management experience in a technical environment (building automation systems, fire alarm systems, and/or electronic security systems).

Requirements:

Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience

Preferred Experience: (but not required):

• 3-5 years of field service, project management or relevant engineering
• Previous supervisory
• Experience in 1 or more of the following industries: electronic, fire alarm & life safety, building automation, and/or healthcare
