Johnson Controls is growing its fire sprinkler service business, and we are looking for a talented Sprinkler Service Sales Representative to help promote and sell service offerings to customers and end users across an assigned territory and account base.
In this role, you will drive new and repeat business for fire sprinkler service offerings by developing customer relationships, identifying opportunities, and building solutions for system repairs, modifications, small projects, and new construction needs. This is a customer-facing sales position that blends technical understanding, relationship building, and disciplined follow-through.

Use sales calls, follow-up activity, and outlined marketing strategies to build and progress your pipeline. Balance prospecting, estimating, relationship management, and quote development with strong organization and time management. Bring technical credibility to customer conversations by connecting service offerings to code, scope, and site requirements.
We offer a competitive salary and commission plan, paid vacation/holidays/sick time with 15 days of vacation in the first year, and a comprehensive benefits package including 401K, medical, dental, and vision care available day one. You will also have access to extensive product and on-the-job/cross-training opportunities, an encouraging and collaborative team environment, and a strong dedication to safety through our Zero Harm policy. If you are ready to grow your career in fire sprinkler service sales and build lasting customer relationships, we encourage you to apply.
