Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to oversee daily HVAC and general service scheduling, dispatching, customer communication, and technician coordination. This role will ensure service calls are properly prioritized, monitored, and completed while maintaining strong customer relationships and supporting overall service performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily HVAC and general service scheduling and dispatching.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding service requests and scheduling.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate technician schedules, priorities, and emergency service calls.
• Monitor open service calls to ensure timely completion and follow-up.
• Communicate service updates, delays, and scheduling changes to customers.
• Handle customer concerns and service escalations professionally.
• Work closely with the Operations Manager, technicians, dispatch, and operations teams to resolve service issues.
• Monitor technician utilization, response times, and overall service performance.
• Conduct daily reviews of technician work orders, notes, materials, and time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC service, dispatching, or customer service experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with scheduling and dispatching preferred.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Commercial HVAC experience preferred.

Work Schedule & Location

Schedule: 5 days per week, onsite
Location: Woodbridge, VA
