Mercedes-Benz of Wilsonville is Swickard's flagship Oregon location and a consistent Best of the Best Mercedes-Benz store. The service drive here moves at the pace a high-volume luxury operation demands -- and the Service Drive Manager is the person who keeps that operation running smoothly. This is a hands-on support role: you're on the drive, alongside your advisors, making sure shop flow is clear, guests are taken care of, repair orders are closed, and money is collected. The detail work and the people work happen at the same time, and you're good at both.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Support service advisors with day-to-day drive operations -- stepping in to help navigate shop flow issues, technician communication, and scheduling challenges as they arise
• Monitor active repair orders throughout the day -- ensuring ROs are progressing on time, approvals are obtained, and nothing is aging without a clear reason
• Oversee repair order closure -- confirming all work is documented, customer pay and warranty claims are accurate, and ROs are closed and collected in a timely manner
• Handle guest escalations and concerns with composure and a solution-first approach -- resolving issues at the drive level before they require service management involvement
• Monitor shop flow and technician workload in coordination with the shop foreman -- identifying bottlenecks, communicating delays to advisors, and keeping guests updated proactively
• Ensure all cash, credit, and warranty transactions are processed accurately and that collected funds are reconciled at the end of each day
• Support the service advisor team with coaching moments, process reminders, and on-the-spot guidance that keeps the drive running to the Mercedes-Benz standard
• Serve as a communication bridge between the shop, the advisors, and guests -- keeping everyone aligned and informed throughout the service process

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years of service advisor, service drive, or fixed ops leadership experience at a franchised dealership -- required
• Mercedes-Benz or luxury brand service experience a strong plus -- familiarity with MBZ service processes, RO structure, and brand standards is a meaningful advantage
• Strong working knowledge of repair order processes -- from write-up through closure, payment collection, and warranty documentation
• Operationally sharp and detail-oriented -- you notice what's falling behind and you do something about it
• Calm, professional, and effective under the pressure of a high-volume luxury service drive
• Clear communicator who earns the trust of advisors, technicians, and guests equally
• Reynolds & Reynolds or CDK experience preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
