As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for IT support across the Americas region, delivering timely, professional, and high-quality technical assistance to users. You will play a key role in ensuring employees receive the technology support they need to remain productive, while helping create a positive and consistent experience with IT services.

How You'll Help Us Grow

• Serve as the first point of contact for IT incidents and service requests across the Americas region.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues at first contact whenever possible to minimize business disruption.
• Escalate complex incidents to local support teams or specialist groups, ensuring clear and accurate documentation.
• Maintain high-quality ticket records that support efficient resolution, reporting, and knowledge sharing.
• Deliver a consistent and positive user experience through effective communication and customer service.
• Monitor and manage requests in accordance with established service level agreements (SLAs).
• Collaborate with local support analysts, infrastructure teams, and service providers to resolve user issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service desk performance and user satisfaction.
• Support adoption of new technologies, tools, and processes that improve service delivery.
• Demonstrate Nufarm's RARE values through accountability, agility, respect, and empowerment.

Could This Be You?

We're looking for a service-oriented IT professional who combines strong technical troubleshooting skills with a passion for delivering outstanding customer support. You will bring:

• Experience in a Service Desk, Help Desk, or First-Line IT Support role.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to effectively manage incidents and service requests in a structured environment.
• Experience working with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools and ticketing systems.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Ability to prioritize work, manage competing demands, and meet service level targets.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and endpoint technologies.
• Ability to communicate effectively with users at all levels of the organization.

Preferred Qualifications

• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
• Endpoint support experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish. Ability to support and communicate with English- and Spanish-speaking employees, customers, or stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and their application within a service desk environment.

What We Offer

Our compensation structure is designed to reflect the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets. The base salary range for this position is $58,000 to $72,500 per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including market location, job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.

At Nufarm, we believe in total compensation. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for additional forms of compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, which includes medical, financial, and other wellbeing benefits.
