You'll work closely with service advisors, technicians, extended warranty companies, and dealership leaders to keep repair orders moving, maximize technician productivity, and ensure customers receive outstanding service.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate technician labor booking and ensure repair orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Support service advisors by working directly with extended warranty providers to obtain approvals and initiate claims.
• Review and close repair orders while ensuring proper coding and billing accuracy.
• Help maximize technician productivity by maintaining accurate labor reporting.
• Process daily deposits and service-related administrative transactions.
• Manage documentation, records, and digital paperwork to maintain organized service operations.
• Assist with warranty administration and claim follow-up.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and keep work flowing efficiently.
• Support the service management team with administrative and operational projects.
