Job Description

Bring your energy. Build your automotive career.

Do you enjoy meeting people, staying busy, and making someone’s day a little easier? Kiefer Mazda is looking for an energetic, dependable Service Customer Experience Coordinator to help keep our service department running smoothly and make every customer feel welcome.

This position is open because our previous team member was promoted! We’re looking for someone who wants to learn the business, contribute to our team, and grow toward a future service advisor role.

What You’ll Do

You’ll work alongside our service team in a varied, customer-focused role. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greet customers with a smile and provide a friendly, welcoming experience.
  • Help manage our loaner vehicle fleet, including coordinating availability, checkouts, returns, and vehicle readiness.
  • Shuttle customers safely and courteously.
  • Pick up and deliver parts as needed.
  • Make outbound calls to reconnect with service customers, encourage return visits, and help schedule appointments.
  • Answer inbound calls, assist with customer questions, and connect callers with the appropriate team member.
  • Monitor and manage our AI communication platform, follow up on customer requests, and coordinate with the service team.
  • Assist with day-to-day service department needs, including occasionally moving items weighing less than 30 pounds.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude who takes pride in helping others and follows through on commitments.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

  • Are energetic, friendly, and comfortable starting conversations.
  • Communicate clearly in person and over the phone.
  • Stay organized and handle changing priorities.
  • Are comfortable using computers and learning new technology.
  • Are dependable, punctual, and willing to pitch in.
  • Have a valid driver’s license and practice safe driving habits.
  • Can occasionally lift and move items weighing less than 30 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Want to learn dealership service operations and grow toward becoming a service advisor.
  • Customer service, hospitality, retail, or call center experience is a plus. Previous dealership experience is welcome but not required.

Benefits:

  • Paid time off (PTO) for vacation, personal, and sick days.
  • Matching contribution to your 401K retirement savings plan.
  • Employee discount on vehicle purchases, servicing, and parts.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage for you and your eligible dependents.
  • Life insurance.
  • Certified DailyPay partner.
  • Employee assistance program.
