About the Team

CorpTech Platform is the internal engineering force multiplier behind Anduril's corporate systems. It drives CorpTech engineering forward through strategic investment in data platforms, software platforms, QA and release excellence, ERP engineering, and AI infrastructure.

We build the foundations that power both CorpOS, enabling Finance and Growth to operate with speed and precision, and ArsenalOS, the digital backbone of Anduril's hardware enterprise. By unifying systems, accelerating development velocity, and embedding intelligence into every layer, CorpTech Platform transforms how the company operates end to end.

About the Job

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to build new products for some of Anduril's highest-priority operational needs. This is a greenfield product-engineering role for someone who moves quickly from an ambiguous problem to working software, learns directly from customers, and takes ownership beyond implementation. You will partner closely with a product manager to shape what gets built, make product and technical trade-offs, launch applications, and iterate until they create measurable value.

The work will be highly visible and often begin without a complete specification or established technical path. Success requires a strong bias for action, sound judgment under uncertainty, and the ability to balance exceptional delivery speed with the engineering foundations a successful product will need as it grows.

What You'll Do

• Own the technical delivery of greenfield applications from initial concept through production launch and iteration.
• Partner with a product manager as a product-engineering pair, jointly shaping scope, priorities, user experience, technical approach, and success measures.
• Work directly with customers and end users to understand operational problems, test assumptions, gather feedback, and improve the product.
• Build high-quality full-stack product experiences using modern web technologies and CorpTech Platform capabilities.
• Make pragmatic architecture and implementation decisions that maximize learning and speed while preserving a credible path to reliability and scale.
• Break ambiguous initiatives into testable product increments and ship useful software before every requirement is known.
• Communicate progress, trade-offs, risks, and results clearly to technical partners, business stakeholders, and senior leadership.
• Use frontier AI tooling and AI-enabled development workflows to accelerate prototyping, implementation, testing, and iteration.
• Raise the product-engineering bar by improving reusable patterns, technical foundations, and development practices for future zero-to-one teams.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a software engineering role building and shipping products, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated experience taking a software product or substantial feature from an ambiguous problem through production launch.
• Deep expertise in one or more areas of full-stack web development, such as backend, frontend, or systems integration, with the ability to contribute across the stack.
• Proficiency with web technologies such as JavaScript, React, TypeScript, and frameworks such as Next.js.
• Experience partnering closely with product management, design, and end users to shape solutions rather than only implementing predefined requirements.
• Strong product judgment and a demonstrated ability to balance delivery speed, customer value, technical quality, and long-term maintainability.
• Ability to operate with high autonomy, make decisions with incomplete information, and communicate clearly on high-visibility work.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• U.S. Person status is required as this position needs to access export controlled data.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building zero-to-one products, internal tools, or enterprise applications in a startup or similarly high-velocity environment.
• Experience conducting customer discovery, validating product assumptions, and iterating based on direct user feedback.
• Familiarity with frontier AI tooling, AI coding assistants, agentic development workflows, and AI-enabled software delivery practices.
• Experience with large enterprise applications or platforms and the judgment to evolve prototypes into reliable production systems.
• Familiarity with enterprise systems and business process domains such as ERP, MES, WMS, CRM, finance, supply chain, or manufacturing.
• Experience in hyper-growth startup-like environments, with demonstrated success balancing speed, ambiguity, autonomy, and long-term product health.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance.

US Salary Range

$191,000—$253,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
