Are you a Program Manager who thrives at the intersection of customers, engineering, manufacturing, and business strategy?
We're seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead critical customer programs from concept through production in a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment. In this role, you'll be the key driver of New Product Introduction (NPI) and Customer Product Transfer (CPPT) initiatives that directly impact company growth, profitability, and long-term customer success.
You'll work closely with executive leadership, customers, engineering teams, manufacturing operations, supply chain, quality, and sales to ensure successful product launches and seamless production execution.

The pay range for this position is $83000.00 - $115000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
