Position Introduction:

The Office of Admissions & Recruitment (OAR) makes connections and creates experiences with the next generation of Sooners by supporting domestic and international freshman, transfer, and concurrent students throughout the application and decision process. Our team operates from Norman and across the state, nation, and world, partnering with faculty, staff, parents, counselors, and communities to provide guidance and resources to prospective students. Our goal is to build a vibrant OU community by recruiting the most academically qualified students with a variety of educational, service, involvement, and community experiences. This position will oversee the administrative activities of the Recruitment program for the Office of Admissions & Recruitment Health Campus; support the planning, implementation, and evaluation of recruitment initiatives for the Health Campus Offices of Admissions & Recruitment (OAR), with primary responsibility for managing campus visit experiences, coordinating prospective student engagement events, and supporting enrollment growth across Health Campus academic programs. Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 48 months of related experience.

Equivalent/Substitution: Will accept 48 months of experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree to equal 96 months of related experience.

• None

• Working knowledge of student privacy laws
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Computer skills, including proficiency in navigating and maintaining databases
• Detail oriented for accuracy of data and information
• Ability to communicate well and build rapport with students, faculty and staff
• Ability to supervise staff and communicate directions and expectations effectively
