We're looking for a Senior Manager of Business Operations to serve as the operational backbone of our growing company. This is a high-visibility, hands-on role that owns the processes connecting our leadership team, field operations, and clients for ESS O&M and Special Projects — from the moment a new contract is signed through client onboarding, invoicing, fleet readiness, and technician training. The right candidate is agile, detail-driven, and comfortable switching between strategic process ownership and roll-up-your-sleeves execution in the same day.
Agile. Organized. Unflappable. You like being the person others rely on to keep the operation running, you sweat the details others miss, and you're equally comfortable building a better process and executing the one that exists today.
Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time.
The expected annual compensation range for this position is $85,000 - $105,000, encompassing base pay and potential incentive target opportunity. This range is a good faith estimate based on the position's requirements. Specific compensation offered to the selected candidate may vary depending on factors such as relevant knowledge, skills, training, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, this position may qualify for a comprehensive benefits package, including Retirement Benefits, Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Account, Flexible Spending Account, Life Insurance and Disability, Tuition Reimbursement, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences, and more.
