Senior aem developer

Seeking a Senior AEM Developer with strong experience in AEM Cloud Architecture, component development, templates, workflows, Java, and web technologies. Responsible for building scalable, maintainable AEM solutions and supporting cloud migration and performance optimization.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and develop AEM components, editable templates, experience fragments, and Content Fragment Models.
• Implement Java Models with HTL and connect author dialogs using XML configurations.
• Develop and manage AEM workflows, DAM, client libraries, and Multi-Site Manager.
• Write complex persisted queries and manage user permissions and roles.
• Implement Sling Servlets, event listeners, and API integrations.
• Monitor logs using Splunk and optimize application performance.
• Work with AEM Dispatcher, replication agents, and headless/headful development patterns.
• Build scalable, low-maintenance features and support migration to AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).

Essential Skills

• 8–10 years of experience in AEM development.
• Strong experience in AEM Cloud Architecture and AEMaaCS.
• Java, OSGi/Felix, Sling Models, Sling, JCR/CRX, HTL (Sightly), and Maven.
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, React/Angular, Webpack, and NPM.
• AEM components, templates, client libraries, workflows, DAM, and Multi-Site Manager.
• AEM Content Fragment Models, persisted queries, Dispatcher, and API integration.
• Splunk log monitoring, Jenkins, and performance optimization.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Desirable Skills

• Experience migrating standalone AEM environments to AEMaaCS.
• Experience with experience fragments, replication agents, and headless AEM development.
