Odyssey is recruiting to fill a Senior Administrative Specialist supporting the ISR/SOF Directorate (AFLCMC/WI), who is responsible for equipping our warfighters to win the fight. The Directorate executes a $22 billion acquisition portfolio developing, producing, testing, modifying, fielding, and supporting Air Force ISR and SOF platforms, and related sub-systems.
Duties include, but not limited to:

Education:
Ability to coordinate, consolidate, analyze, distribute, and monitor action items, suspenses, and responses while ensuring all administrative taskers/packages meet required deadlines. Skilled in maintaining appointment calendars, VTC and conference room schedules, and coordinating meetings—including those requiring inter‑office or external staff participation. Proficient in preparing, updating, and managing program office file documents; drafting and editing appraisals, awards, agendas, reports, and briefings; and ensuring high‑accuracy publication of administrative products. Experienced in performing administrative duties within ATAAPS and DTS, including timekeeping and travel processing functions required for DoD administrative operations. Ability to develop and refine organizational process guides such as end‑of‑day checklists, in‑processing/out‑processing guides, and recall rosters, supporting continuous improvement of administrative workflows.
