  • Strategic Client Relationships: Build trusted relationships with Microsoft Directors, General Managers, Partner-level leaders, and senior engineering and product executives. Understand their priorities, challenges, and product roadmaps.
  • Business Development: Identify, qualify, shape, and pursue new opportunities across Microsoft's security organization, including product engineering support, security research, testing, operations, and transformation initiatives.
  • AI and Agentic Security: Drive opportunities involving agentic SOC, AI security, agent governance, securing agentic software development, and AI-enabled security operations.
  • Security Product Engineering and Assurance: Support Microsoft product teams with security validation, adversarial testing, red teaming, product assurance, engineering process improvements, and accelerated product delivery.
  • Exposure Management and Security Operations: Shape engagements involving vulnerability management, exposure management, threat detection, incident response, XDR, SIEM, and automated remediation.
  • Microsoft Security Ecosystem: Develop a working understanding of Microsoft's security portfolio, including Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, Entra, Purview, Security Copilot, and emerging security platforms.
  • Program and Delivery Leadership: Lead complex, multi-workstream engagements, ensuring delivery excellence, stakeholder satisfaction, financial performance, and effective risk management.
  • Global Team Leadership: Manage and mentor geographically distributed consulting, engineering, and cybersecurity teams, fostering accountability, technical excellence, and professional development.
  • Innovation and Thought Leadership: Collaborate with Accenture's security practices, AI teams, research organizations, and technology partners to bring innovative solutions and reusable accelerators to Microsoft.
  • Commercial Management: Own engagement economics, staffing plans, forecasting, profitability, and account-level operational performance.
  • Executive Communications: Develop compelling proposals, executive presentations, business cases, and strategic recommendations for Microsoft and Accenture leadership.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
