Security manager

Alignment Engine Inc. (“Alignment”) operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps.

The role. Build and lead the campus physical security program: officers, access control, surveillance, and emergency coordination.

What you'll do:

• Own security post orders, staffing, and training
• Manage access control, video, and visitor systems
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services
• Lead investigations and incident reporting
• Own security posture for tenant and audit requirements

What you'll bring:

• 7+ years progressive experience in data center, industrial, or mission-critical operations
• Track record building and leading teams through commissioning and early operations
• Working knowledge of applicable codes and standards for the discipline
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Pay range: $90,000 – $115,000 per year
