Position Summary

We are seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Business Analyst to collaborate with business stakeholders and HR teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and support the implementation and enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and system capabilities to drive HR transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Facilitate workshops with HR, Payroll, Talent, and business stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
• Support configuration, testing, deployment, and user adoption activities.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend best practices.
• Create functional specifications, process flows, and user documentation.
• Assist with UAT, issue resolution, and post-production support.
• Coordinate with functional consultants, developers, and project teams.
