This role is specifically focused on hands-on SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling configuration. The successful candidate will have experience leading multiple end-to-end S/4HANA implementations and will be deeply experienced in FI/CO configuration.

The role requires 7+ years of SAP S/4HANA FI/CO configuration experience, including the following modules:

• FI: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting
• CO: Product Costing, Cost Center Accounting, Material Ledger, Profitability Analysis

Extensive experience working directly in SAP FI/CO configuration and delivering multiple S/4HANA implementations end-to-end.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate knowledge of FCV/FCTA stand programs.
• Support month-end closing programs and activities.
• Configure and support substitutions and validations.
• Configure company codes, exchange rates, and related enterprise structure settings.
• Demonstrate knowledge of ledgers and subledgers.
• Perform in-depth, hands-on configuration of required SAP S/4HANA FICO modules.
• Analyze problems, troubleshoot issues, and identify root causes.
• Read and debug ABAP code as needed, without performing technical development.
• Support integration with other SAP S/4HANA modules, including: Purchasing, Sales, Production.
• Support SAP development and integration technologies, including ABAP, integration tools, and UI technologies.

Preferred Skills:

• Advanced SAP S/4HANA FICO configuration experience
• Experience with multiple end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations
• Experience in a multi-company-code and multi-currency environment
• Strong understanding of integration with Purchasing, Sales, and Production modules
• Experience with SAP development and integration technologies, including: ABAP, Integration tools, SAP UI technologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working in a product-driven agile organization

Experience Required:

• 7+ years of hands-on SAP S/4HANA FI/CO configuration experience preferred
• Experience configuring FI-GL, AP, AR, AA, CO-PC, CO-CCA, CO-ML, and CO-PA

Experience Preferred:

• Experience leading or participating in multiple end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations
• Experience working in complex, multi-company-code, multi-currency environments
• Proven ability to perform hands-on SAP FICO configuration
• Ability to understand and debug ABAP code
• Experience integrating SAP FICO with Purchasing, Sales, and Production
• Experience working in a product-driven agile environment

Education Required:

• Bachelor's degree

Education Preferred:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, A related field
