McDaniels Subaru of Columbia is looking for a motivated Sales Manager who knows how to drive results, deliver an outstanding customer experience, and develop a successful team. We’re seeking a hands-on leader with pre-owned sales management and automotive finance department experience, a strong CSI track record, and a passion for helping people grow.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Support pre-owned vehicle operations, inventory management, pricing, merchandising, and inventory turn.
• Work closely with the finance department to ensure a smooth, transparent purchase experience.
• Help structure deals and guide customers and sales professionals through the sales process.
• Maintain strong Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) results through clear communication, consistent follow-up, and accountability.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members, building their skills and preparing future leaders.
• Promote a professional, customer-focused culture grounded in teamwork and integrity.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven automotive sales management experience, including pre-owned sales management.
• Automotive finance department experience.
• A track record of strong CSI performance and customer relationship management.
• A demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop people—not just manage numbers.
• Strong desking, deal-structuring, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• A hands-on leadership style with a commitment to ethical business practices.
