The Sales Manager role is designed to help lead the next generation of Millcraft sales leadership. The Sales Manager has full P&L responsibility and is accountable to assist in leading divisional sales, operations, customer service, and stores. This position is responsible for aiding in developing and executing strategies to increase growth and profitability, ensure sustainability, and has accountability for leading and developing a best-in-class team of professionals.
Bachelor’s degree in a field including business, marketing or communications. Minimum of 5 years of top level management experience in sales and distribution. Paper (terminology and grades) and packaging experience is highly beneficial. Prior accountability for a P&L with strong financial acumen: Understanding of financials of a divisional operation from sales/revenue to costs, gross profit and earnings. Ability to analyze, compare, contrast, and synthesize information in an efficient and effective manner. Ability to process data and information in an organized manner and generate ideas and recommendations.
The physical demands described herein are representative of those that must be met by a Millcraft Paper Company employee in order to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Individual must be able to drive a vehicle for travel, and sit and speak for extended periods of time. Additional requirements include the ability to walk or navigate about, bend, stoop, squat, push, pull, lift up to 30 lbs. as needed.
