Full-Time Role Tuesday through Saturday shift 830a-5p

Starting at $65,000 per year + incentive bonus

Position Overview

Do you enjoy coming to work every day and helping others? As a Sales Manager, you will build community networks, build relationships, and pursue opportunities. We are searching for someone with a passion to help our cherished elders live their best quality of life.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for leading our efforts in increasing community occupancy by conducting consistent outreach. Evaluating prospective residents needs and asks, completing follow up based on those needs and inquiries. Building and maintaining client relationships, tracking and monitoring metrics, meeting and exceeding census goals as assigned. Conducting tours for prospective residents, families and loved ones.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be interpersonal and have strong communication skills, possess a strong sales background and have a strong acumen for strategic planning. Lead candidates should be comfortable in multitasking and are able to meet assigned goals. Understands and keeps up-to date with sales calls, and provides timely follow-ups, feedback and support as appropriate.
