Job Description:

As the Director of Sales for our company you will lead hotels in developing and executing strategic and proactive direct sales efforts. You will need to meet or exceed top-line revenue and RevPar Index goals, along with working with the team on developing and executing a strong pricing and revenue management problem.

As the Director of Sales, you will motivate, evaluate, and review sales personnel; communicate company goals and objectives. Hotel Sales experience is a must. The Director of Sales must have an outgoing personality and great people skills. Attention to detail and organization and having the knowledge of local area and contacts is preferred.

Qualifications:

• The Director of Sales must have high volume management experience of at least 3 years
• A true desire to mentor and develop others is a trait the Director of Sales must possess
• The ability to drive positive sales and raise guest counts is a must for the Director of Sales
• The Director of Sales must live by a guest-oriented philosophy and show honesty and integrity in all things
