About the Role:

Bloomer Hardware is looking for a friendly and motivated Sales Associate to join our team in Bloomer, WI! In this role, you'll be the face of our store — helping customers find the right products and solutions for their projects. Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in locating products and providing knowledgeable recommendations
• Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked shelves and displays
• Answer customer questions about hardware, tools, and home improvement products
• Support inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
• Collaborate with team members to meet store sales goals and deliver excellent service
• Handle returns and exchanges in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements:

• Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of hardware, tools, or home improvement products is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Comfortable using basic computer systems and point-of-sale software
