Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

As an RN/LVN/LPN - Registered Nurse, Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse, you will participate in and oversee patient care within the scope of the RN/LVN/LPN licensure. Observes, assesses, and reports Patient conditions/changes and documents in accordance with Cantex’s Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations. EMR documentation relevant to patient assessment, evaluation, change of condition, in accordance to nursing practices. Ensures implementation of care plans as directed and administers medications and treatments as prescribed. Participates in assigning duties and supervises the delivery of appropriate clinical care by the CNA staff to ensure highest practical well-being is maintained by patient.

Requirements:

Graduation from an accredited Nursing School

Valid RN/LVN/LPN - Registered Nurse, Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse License
