Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to oversee daily nursing operations and support quality resident care in a nursing home.

Requirements:

Current NY State RN license
RN Unit Manager experience in a nursing home required
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, and clinical teams
