Your Role as a Nurse You'll help lead and support the clinical team while ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate, person‑centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Medication administration and treatments
• Resident assessments and ongoing monitoring
• Collaboration with CNAs, providers, therapy, and interdisciplinary teams
• Supervising and supporting nursing staff
• Documentation and care coordination
• Promoting a positive resident and team experience

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Active Nebraska LPN or RN license
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate, resident‑centered approach
• Calm, confident leadership
• Long‑term care experience preferred, not required

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS

• RN or LPN License
