Job Description:

- Utilize your nursing expertise to:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely per provider orders and policy.
• Educate patients and families about care, medications, and discharge needs.
• Collaborate closely with:
• Providers and interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes.
• Radiology and Community Wellness for comprehensive care management.
• Ensure high-quality, culturally competent care that promotes a positive patient experience.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Licensure:
• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the State of Alaska or other U.S. state required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Case Management certification needed within 2 years of hire.
• Skills and Competencies:
• Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with electronic health records and clinical systems.

Physical Requirements:

• Capable of lifting, pushing, pulling, and moving up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform bending, stooping, and kneeling.
