We're looking for a motivated Assistant Store Manager to help lead daily operations, coach and develop teammates, and create an exceptional experience for every customer. What You'll Do

• Lead and inspire: Coach, train, and motivate teammates to deliver their best work.
• Create great customer experiences: Build trust, answer questions, and help customers feel confident about their vehicle maintenance.
• Keep operations running smoothly: Support daily store activities, inventory management, and service quality.
• Learn the business: Help perform Jiffy Lube Signature Service and routine preventive maintenance.
• Lead by example: Foster a positive, collaborative environment where teammates feel supported and customers come first.

What We're Looking For

• At least one year of experience in automotive service, a dealership, a tire center, quick lube, retail, or another customer-focused business.
• Leadership, supervisory, or team-training experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• A customer-first mindset and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A hands-on attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• Ability to operate service equipment, move items weighing up to 50 pounds, and meet the physical demands of the position.
