Pay Rate: $60k and up plus bonus

What you’ll be doing:

• Inspire & develop 30+ associate team of Cashiers, Customer Service Associates and more
• Resolve escalated customer issues via win/win approach
• Open/close & drive results storewide as MOD
• On the floor 70% of the time working shoulder-to-shoulder with team
• Enhance customer experience ensuring register lines are consistently <= 3 people
• Be the role model and leader of exceptional customer experience storewide

Requirements to qualify:

• 2+ years of retail management experience, leading teams of 25+ direct reports
• Experience developing those direct reports into positions of greater responsibility
• Proven track record of thriving in high-volume traffic environments
• Hands on experience with front-end retail teams
• Love of retail! Reasonable number of nights and weekends essential

We're an industry leader in monetizing new, unclaimed/excess inventory for premier U.S. companies. We sell this inventory in our well-known, local retail store (10,000+ transactions/week), on-site bid sale (1,400+ bid lots/week), and online via eBay (3,300+ listings/week).

We’ll process over 1M unique SKUs each year arriving in 40-60 trailer loads per week. The variety is amazing ranging from consumer items (clothing, laptops, designer purses) to commercial (rooftop air conditioners, restaurant ovens, airplane parts).
