What You'll Do:

As our Restaurant Manager in Willow Grove, you'll be the driver of daily operations and team culture. You'll connect with our regulars, motivate a high-performing staff, and ensure every guest leaves happy. You'll own the floor during peak sports-driven volume and manage the business like an owner — from guest experience to P&L performance.

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years as a current Restaurant Manager in a high-volume Full-Service restaurant doing $3M+ in annual sales
• Proven ability to grow sales and become active in the local Willow Grove community
• A hands-on leader who excels at hiring, training, coaching, and retaining hourly teams
• Strong communicator with great organizational skills and a true hospitality mindset
• Financially fluent - you know your P&L, inventory, food cost, and labor inside and out
• Late-night bar / sports bar volume is a major plus
• High energy, strong work ethic, and thrives in a fast-paced, sometimes chaotic environment
