Key responsibilities:

• Guest Experience: Champion a culture of exceptional guest service, ensuring every visit is memorable and exceeds expectations. Oversee all guest-facing operations to maintain corporate high standards for quality and service. Address guest feedback proactively to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Maintain a clean, welcoming, and polished environment inside and outside the restaurant.
• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, and inspire management and hourly staff to achieve high performance and engagement. Recruit, train, and develop team members, fostering a positive, accountable, and family-like culture. Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and labor optimization to ensure efficient operations. Conduct leadership meetings and pre-shift briefings to communicate goals, priorities, and expectations.
• Operational & Financial Management: Oversee FOH and BOH operations to ensure smooth, efficient daily execution. Manage food and beverage operations, inventory, and cost controls to maximize profitability. Monitor and analyze financial performance, including P&L statements, budgets, and operational metrics. Ensure all company policies, procedures, and safety standards are consistently upheld. Partner with ownership and senior leadership on business growth strategies, marketing initiatives, and operational improvements.
