Reliability engineer

Alignment Engine Inc. (“Alignment”) operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps.

The role. Own reliability engineering for the campus: failure analysis, maintenance strategy, and availability modeling.

What you'll do:

• Build FMEA-driven maintenance strategies
• Analyze failures and drive corrective engineering
• Own critical spares analysis with procurement
• Model availability against SLA commitments
• Drive predictive maintenance adoption

What you'll bring:

• 5+ years reliability/plant engineering
• CMRP or equivalent a plus
• Strong data analysis skills
• BS in engineering

Pay range: $110,000 – $140,000 per year
