Location

The Regulatory Specialist role is located at our Lutherwood campus on the east side of Indianapolis, Indiana.

Duties

The primary function of the Quality and Compliance Specialist is to provide oversight and direction to maintain accreditation status with Council on Accreditation, the agency’s Performance and Improvement Plan, State Licensing regulations and Medicaid regulations.

Experience

5 years of proven experience with state licensing bodies, accreditation processes, quality assurance duties, regulatory compliance, and utilization review practices preferred

Education

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a medical or social services field, or a high school diploma/GED equivalent and 5 years’ experience required

Skills

• Knowledge of Indiana Department of Child Services regulations for Residential and Contract Services
• Knowledge of Federal Medicaid regulations and Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF) program requirements
• Proven ability to develop and implement systems and initiate systems changes
• Excellent organizational skills
