REGISTERED NURSE (RN) – WOMEN'S SERVICES

Location: Rutherfordton, NC 28139

Pay Range: $31-$40 per hour

Work Arrangement: On-site

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) – Women's Services to join our healthcare team in Rutherfordton, North Carolina. The ideal candidate will have recent Labor and Delivery experience and be comfortable providing care across multiple areas of Women's Services, including Labor and Delivery (L&D), Postpartum, and Antepartum.

This role is ideal for a dedicated nursing professional who prioritizes patient safety, quality care, and positive experiences for mothers and their newborns.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to patients throughout labor, delivery, and the postpartum period.
• Monitor maternal and fetal well-being and promptly identify changes in patient condition.
• Assist with labor management, delivery procedures, and related clinical interventions.
• Provide postpartum and antepartum nursing care based on patient needs.

QUALIFICATIONS (MUST-HAVES)

• Minimum of 2+ years of Labor and Delivery RN experience.
• Recent Labor and Delivery experience within the last two years is required.
• Candidates without Labor and Delivery experience will not be considered.
• Must be comfortable working in all areas of Women's Services, including:
• Labor and Delivery (L&D)
• Postpartum
• Antepartum
• Cross-training may be provided for Postpartum and Antepartum if needed.
• Must possess a current North Carolina RN license or a Compact RN license with North Carolina endorsement, as applicable.
