Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager

Pay Rate: $70/hour

We are looking for a qualified and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to lead nursing staff, coordinate unit operations, and promote safe, high-quality patient care. This opportunity is ideal for a nurse with strong clinical knowledge and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing unit operations and patient care activities.
• Supervise, support, and guide nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards and facility policies.
• Monitor patient outcomes and promote quality improvement.
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Support staff development, scheduling, and performance reviews.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license accepted in Maine.
• Previous nursing experience; leadership experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to supervise staff and coordinate patient care effectively.
• Knowledge of nursing standards and patient safety practices.
