Caring Heart Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, a 269-bed skilled rehabilitation and nursing facility in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our long-term care team. As an RN Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our nursing units, ensuring the highest level of care for our residents.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff on assigned units, promoting a team-oriented environment focused on quality and compliance
• Oversee the implementation of resident care plans, conducting regular nursing unit rounds and ensuring proper documentation of incidents, complaints, and clinical updates
• Assist in coordinating care services to maintain a safe and comfortable environment
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in PA
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience
• Previous Supervisor experience
