Registered Nurse (RN) Med Surge

Memorial Medical Center - Las Cruces

Job type: Full-time

Compensation: $32.00-$40.00/HR

Duties:

Provide direct nursing care to medical-surgical patients.
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor changes in condition.
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered.
Develop, implement, and update individualized nursing care plans.
Coordinate care with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.
Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, discharge instructions, and ongoing care needs.

Qualifications:

License: Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess an associate's degree from an accredited nursing school.
Certification: BLS up on hire.

Must-Have Requirements:

Valid New Mexico RN license or active Compact RN license – required
Associate Degree in Nursing – required
Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience – required
