Registered Nurse (RN - Med Surg) - Hiring Incentives

Florida - Gainesville

We have multiple RN specialty needs in Gainesville, Florida. Currently they have both days (7am - 7pm) and nights (7pm - 7am) available. They are open to nurses that 1 year of experience in any background(LTAC, Home Health, SNF and ETC)

Compensation

Competitive Compensation ($30 - $48 per hour)
Sign on for RNs with 2 or more years of experience on a case by case basis
Sign On Bonus $10,000
Day (7am -7pm) and Night (7pm -7am) available
Shift Differential: Nights $4.25 per hr. Weekends $3.00 per hr

Requirements

Current FL RN License or compact RN license
1 year or RN experience all backgrounds welcome
Graduate of an accredited BSN program preferred; willing to consider ASN with solid experience
BLS and/or any other certifications required for that specialty

Responsibilities

Looking for 1 year of experience
Beds depending on location and department
Proper patient ratios
Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, lifting of patients and/or equipment up to fifty pounds
