REGISTERED NURSE – OPERATING ROOM CIRCULATOR

Location: Rutherfordton, NC 28139

Pay: $33-$43/hr

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse – Operating Room Circulator to join our surgical team in Rutherfordton, NC. This is an in-person position requiring the selected candidate to report to the designated facility. This position specifically requires Operating Room Circulating experience.

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of recent Surgery and Operating Room Circulating RN experience required
• Current North Carolina RN license or Compact RN license with North Carolina endorsement
• Must have hands-on experience circulating in the OR
• Must be comfortable working with a variety of surgical procedures, including:
• Orthopedic surgery
• General surgery
• da Vinci/robotic procedures
• Some OB/GYN procedures

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as the Operating Room Circulating RN throughout surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and maintaining a sterile environment.
• Perform pre-operative assessments and verify patient identification, procedure, surgical site, consent, and required documentation.
• Coordinate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, surgical technologists, and other members of the perioperative team.
• Circulate for a variety of procedures, including orthopedic, general surgery, da Vinci/robotic, and select OB/GYN cases.
