RN – Labor & Delivery

📍 Seattle, WA | Full-Time | Onsite

🌙 12-Hour Night Shifts | 36 Hours/Week

We are seeking experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurses to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced maternity environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients, develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor and document patient conditions and communicate changes appropriately.
• Provide safe, evidence-based nursing care throughout the L&D experience.
• Educate and support patients and families.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain patient safety, clinical competencies, and professional nursing standards.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum 1 year of post-graduation Labor & Delivery RN experience.
• Active Washington RN license upon hire.
• BLS – American Heart Association required.
• NRP – American Academy of Pediatrics required.
• Important: Nursing school clinical rotations and residency programs do not count toward the required 1 year of L&D experience.

Preferred

• Specialty/national nursing certification.
• Strong L&D clinical judgment, communication, and patient advocacy skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.

Ideal Candidate: An experienced L&D RN who is comfortable working 12-hour night shifts in a busy maternity environment.
