RightSite Health (RSH) is redefining emergency response by helping 911 callers get the care they need: safely, quickly, and without an unnecessary trip to the ER. We pair board-certified emergency physicians, registered nurses, and trained navigators to deliver virtual care in real time. Our mission is clear: keep people safe, stabilize care, and make the system work better for everyone.
As RightSite scales rapidly, we are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to support our dispatch operations and clinical workflows. This role is essential in improving patient flow, reducing prescription turnaround time, and enhancing navigator and physician efficiency. The RightSite RN will work closely with physicians and navigators to provide critical frontline support during call time periods. This position is based in our San Antonio, Texas office.
Schedule: Full-Time | 8-hour shifts | 5 days/week
Shift: 1:30 pm - 10:00 pm
At RightSite Health, we are big believers in competencies. Competencies are different from technical skills or experience. Technical skills describe the 'what' you do, whereas competencies describe 'how' you do it. Following is a list of competencies required for success in an RN role:
At RightSite Health, we do more than profess our values. We practice them through an agreed-upon and shared set of behaviors that make up our DNA. We are clear about what is important to us, and we take care that our intentions, words, thoughts, and behaviors align with those values.
The RightSite Physicians group is a friendly corporation that works alongside RightSite Health. The companies are structured to ensure that a business will not influence the care that the physicians provide for their patients. The physician group has a singular core value that is added to the Guiding Values above:
Active and unrestricted TX RN license
Minimum 3 years of clinical experience, preferably in urgent care, ED, telehealth, or triage settings
Strong communication and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments
Comfortable with electronic health records (EHR), telehealth platforms, and clinical documentation, and familiarity with prescription workflows and pharmacy coordination
Ability to work independently, escalate appropriately, and collaborate cross-functionally
A front-row seat in transforming emergency care
Predictable schedule and stable hours
Full-time benefits, including competitive health coverage
Collaborative, mission-driven team
The chance to make healthcare easier to access, safer, and more humane for real people in real time.
