Registered Nurse – Case Management, Special Needs

Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, AK | Potential Opportunity

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for a compassionate RN Case Manager – Special Needs to support military families through the Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson.

Position Highlights

• Full-time opportunity
• Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
• Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits

Position Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship
• Associate Degree in Nursing or higher from an ACEN- or CCNE-accredited program
• Current, unrestricted RN license from any U.S. jurisdiction
• 3 years of RN Case Management experience within the last 4 years
• At least 1 year of nursing and care coordination experience after graduation
• Case Management certification (CCM, CDMS, CRRN, or other PWS-approved credential)
• Current BLS certification

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate care for military families with special medical or educational needs
• Support EFMP enrollment and family member travel screenings
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and community resources
• Assist families with care plans, education, and referrals
• Help military families access the specialized care and support they deserve!
