Registered Nurse – Case Management, Inpatient

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for an experienced Inpatient RN Case Manager to support comprehensive patient care at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska.

Position Highlights

• Full-time opportunity
• Monday-Friday (40hrs per wk)

Position Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship
• Associate Degree in Nursing or higher from an ACEN- or CCNE-accredited program
• Current, unrestricted RN license from any U.S. jurisdiction
• 3 years of RN Case Management experience within the last 4 years
• Case Management certification (CCM, CDMS, CRRN, or other PWS-approved credential)
• Current BLS certification

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate inpatient treatment and discharge planning
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and social workers
• Facilitate transitions to outpatient and community services
• Support exceptional care and successful recovery for our military patients!
