The Recruiting Coordinator works closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced recruiting organization, serving as an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building strong candidate relationships. This role often provides candidates with their first impression of the organization and plays a key part in creating a smooth, professional, and positive hiring experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, communicates clearly with both internal and external stakeholders, shifts priorities quickly when needed, and enjoys contributing to the growth of a talented workforce. This role operates within a fast-paced recruiting organization that values efficiency, professionalism, and a positive candidate experience. You will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates, primarily using standard office productivity tools such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with recruiting and applicant tracking systems. The environment involves frequent scheduling, coordination, and communication, with shifting priorities and deadlines that require flexibility and strong organizational skills. Work is typically performed in a professional office setting or equivalent, with regular use of email, phone, and virtual meeting tools to support interviews and debrief sessions.
This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
