This full-time role is crucial in serving as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and callers. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming environment, managing front‑desk operations, and providing administrative support that ensures smooth daily workflow across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Customer Service

• Greet visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate staff or department
• Answer, screen, and route incoming calls in a professional manner
• Provide general information and assistance to employees, clients, and guests

Administrative Support

• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
• Maintain visitor logs, sign‑in sheets, and security protocols
• Prepare, update, and distribute documents, forms, and basic reports
• Assist with scheduling meetings, reserving conference rooms, and coordinating calendars

Office Coordination

• Monitor and restock office and front‑desk supplies
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area

Recordkeeping & Data Entry

• Enter and update information in databases or spreadsheets
• File, scan, and organize documents in accordance with company policies
• Always maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Team & Operational Support

• Assist with onboarding tasks such as preparing new‑hire packets or badges
• Support HR, operations, or management with clerical tasks as assigned
• Provide backup support to other administrative staff when needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training preferred
• Prior experience in a receptionist or clerical role is beneficial
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic office equipment
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain professionalism under pressure
• Dependable, punctual, and comfortable interacting with diverse groups of people
• Ability to work Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Compensation & Benefits
