The Reception Concierge is responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment for all guests, visitors, and team members. This role serves as the first point of contact, providing information, directions, and personalized service to ensure a memorable guest experience while maintaining professionalism and efficiency at all times.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required. College coursework or degree in Hospitality or related field preferred.

Experience

Minimum 1 year of customer service or front desk experience required. Previous hospitality or concierge experience preferred. Experience with hotel or office phone systems and property management software a plus.

Skills & Knowledge

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and polished demeanor. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel). Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Knowledge of local attractions, dining, and events preferred. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage guest inquiries, provide directions, and offer recommendations for local attractions and services.
• Answer and route phone calls, messages, and emails promptly and accurately.
• Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests as needed.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, reception, and public areas.
• Assist with administrative tasks, reservations, and guest correspondence.
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and escalate issues when appropriate.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, brand standards, and safety procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
