The Quality Coordinator leads Quality/Performance Improvement efforts based on the quality objectives. Ensures accurate and compliant based measure documentation and reports quality-of care outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing required
• CA RN License required
• Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare or quality management.
• Preferred; CPHQ or HACP-CMS
